After the upcoming PyToTyra combo figure, SIC will release the ShaUTa combo of OOO next. The ShaUTa combo is an aquatic combination of medals that can also turn his lower half into squid-like tentacles.
As we can see in this magazine scan, in regards to the figure, the tentacles only exist in a drawn design form so far, but I expect to see something more official from them soon.
