TOY NEWS FOR 6/6/2013 - SDCC 2013 - GENTLE GIANT - EXCLUSIVE - HONEY TRAP "WHISPER" AND STAR WARS "MAGNITUDE" ADMIRAL ACKBAR

Again, this isn't my forte', but I'll report this info here because many of you may be interested in these Comic-Con exclusives.

I saw the Honey Trap statues in person last year at Comic-Con and they are a sight to behold!

Offered this year will be this "James Bond" variant of "Whisper". It will have a very small production run and must be per-ordered from Gentle Giant and you must be a member of their club called "The Guild"-- for which you can still sign up for.

The second statue-- a bust-- offered as a SDCC exclusive is this odd version of the iconic Admiral Ackbar.

Here's the info on this guy from Gentle Giant: "“Magnitude” an Admiral Ackbar mini bust, is based on the artwork by Steven Daily.  This mini bust stands at 8” tall and comes in a screen printed wooden box with a 4 x 6 limited edition lithograph print by Acme Archives.  Limited edition of 500 pieces.  Each comes with a hand-numbered certificate of authenticity and bottom stamp."
